Refund AND Returns Policy

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days from when you accepted the package.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition, including its packaging.
We cannot process a return if the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details. Please ensure your address is accurate when purchasing.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Customers are charged for shipping only once (including returns); there is no restocking fee for returning the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you about the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before your refund is posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For exchanges of the same item, please email us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return’s value. A gift certificate will be sent to your account once the return is processed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to gift later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
