This website, mobile website and app, and/or MIRRBAG social media platforms (collectively referred to as the “Site”) are managed by MIRRBAG.CO Pte. Ltd. in collaboration with MIRRBAG (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., along with their associated entities, affiliates, and subsidiaries, collectively termed as “MIRRBAG”.
Your access to this Site and/or use of the Services (as defined below) is governed by these terms and conditions along with our Privacy, Cookies, and Data Protection Policy (together referred to as the “Web Terms”). By accessing this Site, purchasing Products, and/or utilizing the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Web Terms. Additional terms may occasionally apply. If you do not agree to these Web Terms and/or any applicable additional terms, please exit the Site and cease the use of the Services immediately.

DEFINITIONS
Under these terms, unless the context specifies otherwise, the following expressions have the respective meanings outlined below:
– Buyer refers to the individual or entity identified in the Order as the purchaser of the Products.
– MIRRBAG pertains to MIRRBAG.CO Pte. Ltd.
– Conditions signify these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
– Contract refers to the agreement for the sale of Products between MIRRBAG and the Buyer, formalized per Clause 3(iv).
– Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance beyond MIRRBAG’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Natural disasters such as explosions, fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, or other catastrophes.
– War (declared or undeclared), sabotage, insurrection, terrorism, criminal actions (online or offline), riots, or civil unrest.
– Government-imposed import/export regulations, embargoes, bylaws, or interventions.
– Epidemics, quarantines, disease outbreaks, or travel restrictions/bans (e.g., as issued by the World Health Organization or governments).
– Labor disputes like strikes, lockouts, or cessation of work involving MIRRBAG employees or others.
– Interruptions or disruptions to telecommunications, networks, or internet services.
– Online Payment refers to any authorized payment method designated by MIRRBAG, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, online banking, online store credit, and other processes as specified by the company.
– Online Store is the MIRRBAG e-commerce site, currently accessible at https://mirrbag.com.
– Order represents a purchase request submitted online through the Online Store for Products under these Conditions.
– Parties denotes both MIRRBAG and the Buyer. Individually, they may be referred to as a “Party.”
– Payment Processing Company refers to the applicable card or payment processor responsible for managing Online Payments.
– Product encompasses both MIRRBAG Products and Third Party Products listed at the Online Store for which MIRRBAG receives Orders under these Conditions.
– Substitute Product is defined in Clause 6(iv).
– Third Party Product refers to any non-MIRRBAG branded Product that may be ordered under these Conditions.
– Words in the singular number shall also include their plural equivalents, and vice versa.
– References to a “person” or “entity” include individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, unincorporated associations, and companies.
– Any mentions of a “Clause” pertain to the clauses in these Conditions.
– Headings within these Conditions are for convenience only and hold no interpretative value.
– Terms such as “include” or “including” should be understood as not imposing any limitations.
APPLICATION AND EFFECT
These Conditions regulate the sale of Products available on the Online Store by MIRRBAG to the Buyer, unless there is a separate signed purchase agreement, in which case the terms of that agreement will take precedence.
By placing an Order or accepting delivery of the Products as detailed on the invoice, the Buyer agrees to be bound by and acknowledges acceptance of these Conditions.
ORDERS, PRICE, AND PAYMENT
MIRRBAG processes Orders for delivery within United States and the following territories: Singapore, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium*, Cambodia, Canada, China*, Denmark*, Finland*, France*, Germany*, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy*, Japan*, Kuwait, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands*, New Zealand, Norway*, Oman, Panama, Qatar, Philippines, Portugal*, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain*, Sri Lanka, Sweden*, Switzerland*, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom*, United Arab Emirates, United States, and Vietnam.
The Buyer must specify the desired Products and quantities, using the currency and pricing set forth by MIRRBAG on the Online Store. Orders are placed by completing the required online form and submitting all necessary details as requested by MIRRBAG.
All Orders constitute an offer by the Buyer to purchase Products subject to these Conditions and are subject to acceptance by MIRRBAG.
MIRRBAG may confirm an Order through:
1. Contact with the Buyer via email, phone, or other means to:
– Confirm the price, quantity, and delivery specifics.
– For larger Orders, request a written bulk purchase form for approval.
2. Delivering the Product(s) to the Buyer.
Upon acceptance, a binding Contract is formed based on these Conditions and any additional terms enforced by MIRRBAG upon acceptance of the Order. Acceptance of Online Payment does not guarantee acceptance of the Order; should an Order be rejected, payments will be refunded or reversed.
MIRRBAG reserves the right to:
– Reject any Order wholly or partially without explanation.
– Delay or defer delivery due to low inventory, unavailability, or other reasons.
MIRRBAG is not responsible for errors in pricing or Product specifications displayed on the Online Store. The price applicable will be the one valid at the time the Order is accepted, which may not match the listed price on the Online Store. Promotions, vouchers, or online store credits must be applied at checkout and cannot be claimed retroactively or exchanged for cash.
Full payment via Online Payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buyers confirm that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale, distribution, or export. Any breach will hold the Buyer accountable for indemnifying MIRRBAG for related damages or liabilities.
For standard or economical delivery, all shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are the Buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly covered by MIRRBAG. For express delivery, basic duties and taxes are handled by MIRRBAG.
Payments are processed by MIRRBAG’s payment service provider and are subject to approval. MIRRBAG is not liable for rejected payments. Personal and payment information provided by the Buyer to process the Order is governed by MIRRBAG’s Privacy Policy.
If payment disputes arise, MIRRBAG retains the right to cancel Orders and/or deny future transactions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTIONS
Products shown on the Online Store are subject to stock availability and may vary between online and physical stores.
Although MIRRBAG strives for accurate depictions of Product attributes (e.g., color, size, and dimensions), minor deviations due to material characteristics or display limitations are inherent and are not defects.
TITLE AND RISK
When the products are delivered to the carrier, the risk remains with MIRRBAG until the buyer receives the goods and the delivery is complete.
ORDER DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
The Buyer must specify their preferred delivery or collection option in the Order. If delivery is chosen, the Buyer must provide an address for delivery of the Products.
Subject to MIRRBAG’s acceptance of the Order and Clause 3(i):
– When delivery is selected, MIRRBAG will deliver the Products to the address specified and agreed upon. If no one is available to receive the Products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” notice with instructions for obtaining the Products.
Costs payable to MIRRBAG by the Buyer include:
– Delivery and Shipment Charges.
– Costs related to delivery, redelivery, shipment, return, forwarding, reshipment, and administrative costs, along with taxes, duties, storage, and disposal fees for rejected Products if the rejection isn’t valid under these Conditions, or if delivery fails.
Consult MIRRBAG’s most recent *Delivery Terms* for both local and international orders, applicable to the Contract.
If MIRRBAG permits a collection option and the Buyer chooses self-collection, the Buyer must collect the Products at the designated location.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas is unavailable. Any charges incurred for failed delivery attempts to these locations will be borne by the Buyer or recipient.
There might be an administrative fee for changes to the delivery address per order.
Customs declarations will always be completed in English.
Delivery dates provided by MIRRBAG are estimates only and not contractual commitments,usually 5 to 10 days. MIRRBAG will not be liable for loss or damages resulting from delivery delays. If an Order isn’t received within a reasonable time, the Buyer may contact:
FREE DELIVERY on all products within the United States and China.
For international deliveries, prices shown on the Site do not cover import duties or taxes for the destination country. You are solely responsible for paying these applicable charges once the Products arrive at the destination.

Orders can be canceled before payment, provided:
– The Buyer promptly contacts MIRRBAG to request cancellation.
– MIRRBAG will make efforts to accommodate the request, provided the Order hasn’t been processed, and any cancellation fees are paid by the Buyer.
Once an Order is processed, cancellations and refunds are prohibited.
The Buyer acknowledges that MIRRBAG’s obligation to deliver Products is subject to their availability and that MIRRBAG has sole discretion over its delivery priorities.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS
Products are deemed accepted as delivered and consistent with the Contract unless the Buyer notifies MIRRBAG in writing within 30 days of delivery.
A Product qualifies for replacement only if damaged during delivery or materially different from ordered items (a “Defective Product”).
Buyers must report a Defective Product via the *return request* process through their online account within 30 days of delivery. Claims after this period are invalid.
If a Product is deemed defective by MIRRBAG, the company’s returns policy will apply. Buyers must present the tax receipt, with the Product in its original packaging and condition.
Replacements may be refused by MIRRBAG if:
1. The Buyer doesn’t provide necessary details or the tax receipt.
2. The Product is classified as a Third Party Product, and MIRRBAG isn’t authorized for returns or replacements.
3. The damage is attributed to:
– Accidental, unique, or random misuse by the Buyer.
– Wear and tear, or impacts like scratches and nicks.
– Unauthorized modification, improper use, or environmental stress.
– Usage by anyone other than the Buyer.
– The Buyer’s failure to adhere to these Conditions.

NO WARRANTIES
MIRRBAG disclaims all warranties on its Products, implied or expressed, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or quality. Details for defective Products are provided under Clause 7.
Third-party Products are strictly covered by warranties from the original supplier, without guarantees from MIRRBAG.
EXCLUSION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MIRRBAG isn’t liable for indirect, special, or punitive damages from breaches of terms, such as loss of profits or goodwill. Liability in connection with Product sales is capped at the amount paid for the specific Product.
Service issues caused by third parties, even authorized agents, are beyond MIRRBAG’s control and liability.
AMENDMENTS
MIRRBAG may revise its Conditions by posting updates online. The Buyer cannot modify terms without written approval.
ASSIGNMENT
Buyers may not transfer their rights under the Contract without prior consent from MIRRBAG.
NO WAIVER
Failure or delays by MIRRBAG in exercising any rights shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.
ILLEGALITY
If any Conditions are deemed invalid by an authority, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
Non-parties to the Contract cannot enforce its terms, as outlined under Singapore’s *Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act*.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BULK ORDERS
Definitions: A “Bulk Order” refers to purchases made via the Site totaling 10 or more items, or with a combined value exceeding US$600, delivered to the same address within a reasonable time frame. Each such purchase will be regarded as a “Bulk Order.”
By confirming and proceeding with the Bulk Order, and MIRRBAG fulfilling it, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions for Bulk Orders without any modifications. MIRRBAG retains the right to revise these terms solely at its discretion without prior written notice by publishing the updated Terms and Conditions for Bulk Orders on the Online Store.
You agree not to advertise, resell, distribute, or export any Products obtained through a Bulk Order for commercial purposes.
Furthermore, you are prohibited from suggesting or promoting any affiliation or partnership with MIRRBAG. Fulfilling a Bulk Order does not grant you status as a “distributor”,”authorized purchaser”, or any other similar designation from MIRRBAG.
All Bulk Orders undergo security screening by MIRRBAG. You might need to provide additional information via email or phone as requested by the online security team.
An administrative fee will apply if you cancel or modify a Bulk Order after it has been confirmed.
MIRRBAG reserves the right to limit Product quantities sold and may stop accepting orders for any Product at any time. The company also reserves the right to partially fulfill Bulk Orders with refunds or reject the entire order at its sole discretion.
Bulk Orders may take longer for processing and/or delivery compared to regular orders due to the larger quantities involved.
Bulk Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there are manufacturing defects. Refunds or exchanges for such defects require an official receipt. MIRRBAG ensures rigorous quality checks before dispatching Products to couriers.
MIRRBAG’s retail outlets and the official Site are the only authorized channels for purchasing their Products.
